Il “DIPLOMA ARI TRENTO 90° Anniversario della fondazione” descritto nel presente regolamento è un diploma internazionale esteso a tutti i paesi del mondo, organizzato dalla Sezione ARI di Trento per dare risalto alla commemorazione della fondazione della Sezione in occasione del suo novantesimo anniversario.

Periodo di validità: il Diploma avrà inizio lunedì 1 aprile 2024 alle ore 00:00 UTC e si concluderà domenica 28 aprile 2024 alle ore 23:59 UTC
Durante la manifestazione saranno attive le seguenti stazioni:
1. Il nominativo di Sezione IQ3TN;
2. Il nominativo speciale II3TNXC (TNXC sta per TN90 in numeri romani);
3. I Soci della Sezione ARI di Trento con i rispettivi nominativi personali.
L’elenco delle Stazioni Attivatrici del Diploma sarà pubblicato sul sito web di Sezione www.aritn.it. (LINK ALLA PAGINA DEI SOCI)
Obiettivo: Effettuare il maggior numero possibile di collegamenti con il nominativo di Sezione IQ3TN, il nominativo speciale II3TNXC e con i Soci della Sezione Ari di Trento.
Partecipanti: il Diploma è aperto a tutti gli OM del mondo. I radioamatori Soci della Sezione di Trento potranno essere esclusivamente Attivatori.
Bande: 80m, 40m, 20m, 30, 17m, 15m, 12m, 10m (sono esclusi i 160m e i 60m). I Cacciatori non possono richiedere spostamento di BANDA.
Modi di emissione: SSB e CW. Per vari motivi sono esclusi i modi digitali. E’ consentito spostarsi di MODO in qualsiasi momento (nessun vincolo).
Chiamata SSB: “CQ Diploma 90° Anniversario ARI Trento”
Chiamata CW: “CQ 90 TN”
Rapporti: solo rapporto RS(T)
Limitazioni: ciascuna stazione Attivatrice di ARI Trento potrà essere collegata nella stessa giornata sia in SSB che in CW su ogni singola banda. Eventuali QSO effettuati nella stessa giornata sulla stessa banda e con lo stesso modo di emissione non saranno conteggiati.
I Cacciatori e gli Attivatori potranno trasmettere ovunque, anche in portatile. Ovviamente gli Attivatori, anche se in portatile, dovranno avere una connessione internet per poter inserire i QSO in tempo reale. Se questo non fosse proprio possibile potranno, in autonomia, creare un file ADIF in loco ed eseguire l’upload sulla piattaforma online in un secondo momento. Per non creare problemi col sistema e dunque col punteggio, chiediamo di non inserire il /P nel LOG del Diploma.
Il nominativo di Sezione IQ3TN sarà attivo esclusivamente dalla Stazione Radio della Sezione.
Il nominativo Speciale II3TNXC potrà essere attivato anche presso le stazioni dei Soci ARI di Trento, previa presenza della rete internet per il collegamento con il sistema online https://hamaward.cloud.
Punteggio ai Cacciatori:
· 1 QSO con il nominativo di Sezione IQ3TN: 3 punti
· 1 QSO con il nominativo speciale II3TNXC: 3 punti
· 1 QSO con gli Attivatori ARI Trento in SSB: 1 punto
· 1 QSO con gli Attivatori ARI Trento in CW: 2 punti
(lista online su https://hamaward.cloud).
Punteggio per i soli Attivatori, compresi special call: 1 punto per ogni QSO indipendentemente dal modo.
Diploma Cacciatori: chiunque ottenga un totale di almeno 20 punti potrà scaricare da HamAward il proprio attestato in formato pdf.
Diploma Attivatori: chiunque sia accreditato, indipendentemente dal punteggio, potrà scaricare da HamAward il proprio attestato in formato pdf.
Classifica e premi Cacciatori: La classifica è unica e stilata in base al punteggio derivante dai QSO totali effettuati dall’operatore, indipendentemente dal modo.
Sono previsti i seguenti Premi ai primi 3 classificati:
1° classificato: Strumento di misura VSWR/P Nissei DG503 DG.
2°classificato: Microfono da tavolo Yaesu M-70
3°classificato: Alimentatore switching per stazione radio 13,8V 30°

Classifiche e premi Attivatori accreditati: La classifica è unica e stilata in base al punteggio derivante dai QSO totali effettuati dall’operatore, indipendentemente dal modo.
I primi tre classificati riceveranno una targa commemorativa personalizzata. Inoltre tutti i partecipanti riceveranno un simpatico gadget.
Premiazioni: è prevista la consegna dei premi in concomitanza con la celebrazione dell’evento del 90° Anniversario di fondazione della Sezione di Trento che si terrà domenica 1 settembre 2024 alle ore 10:00 presso il Centro di Formazione e Vacanze Aerat di Candriai nello splendido scenario del Monte Bondone a pochi km da Trento. Sarà indispensabile poter rintracciare via e-mail tramite QRZ i vincitori per l’invito o la spedizione del premio in caso di impossibilità, per qualsiasi motivo, a presenziare alla premiazione. Nel caso in cui non si riuscisse a rintracciare e a recapitare il premio a uno dei vincitori, la classifica andrà a scalare verso i nominativi successivi.

Log: i partecipanti non sono tenuti ad inviare alcun log. Tutti i QSO saranno caricati sul sito Hamaward. Il punteggio raggiunto da ciascun partecipante verrà automaticamente pubblicato online in real-time sulla piattaforma Hamaward.cloud. Per quanto riguarda i soli Cacciatori non è necessario avere un profilo attivo, anche se vivamente consigliato.
eQSL: durante e dopo la manifestazione sarà possibile scaricare le eQSL di ogni QSO effettuato attraverso la piattaforma Hamaward.cloud.

Giudizio: La Sezione ARI di Trento tramite i suoi incaricati è responsabile dei controlli pertinenti, dell’assegnazione e convalida dei punteggi e dell’attribuzione della classifica. A tutti i partecipanti è richiesto il rispetto di tutti i regolamenti ufficiali in materia di traffico radioamatoriale e le regole di “bon ton” che devono sempre contraddistinguere ogni singolo radioamatore. La violazione del presente regolamento ed eventuali comportamenti antisportivi potranno comportare l’applicazione di penalità o l’adozione di provvedimenti disciplinari, inclusa la squalifica.

ENGLISH RULES
The "AWARD ARI TRENTO 90th Anniversary of the Foundation" described in this regulation is an international diploma extended to all countries in the world, organized by the ARI Trento Section to highlight the commemoration of the foundation of the Section on the occasion of its ninetieth anniversary.

Validity period: the Diploma will begin on Monday 1 April 2024 at 00:00 UTC and will end on Sunday 28 April 2024 at 23:59 UTC
The following stations will be active during the event:
1. The Section call IQ3TN.
2. The special callsign II3TNXC (TNXC stands for TN90 in Roman numerals).
3. The members of the ARI Trento Section with their respective personal names.
The list of Diploma Activating Stations will be published on the Section website www.aritn.it. (LINK TO MEMBERS' PAGE)
Objective: To make as many connections as possible with the Section call IQ3TN, the special call II3TNXC and with the members of the ARI Trento Section.
Participants: the Diploma is open to all OMs in the world. Radio amateurs who are members of the Trento Section can only be Activators.
Bands: 80m, 40m, 20m, 30m, 17m, 15m, 12m, 10m (160m and 60m are excluded). Hunters cannot request BAND movement.
Emission modes: SSB and CW. For various reasons digital modes are excluded. You are allowed to move around MODO at any time (no restrictions).
SSB call: “CQ 90th Anniversary ARI Trento Award”
CW call: “CQ 90 TN”
Reports: RS(T) report only
Limitations: each ARI Trento Activator Station can be connected on the same day both in SSB and in CW on each single band. Any QSOs made on the same day on the same band and with the same mode of emission will not be counted.
Hunters and Activators will be able to broadcast anywhere, even on a laptop. Obviously the Activators, even if on a laptop, will need to have an internet connection to be able to enter QSOs in real time. If this is not possible, they can independently create an ADIF file on site and upload it to the online platform at a later time. In order not to create problems with the system and therefore with the score, we ask you not to enter the SLASH in the Diploma LOG.
The Section call IQ3TN will be active exclusively from the Section's Radio Station.
The Special II3TNXC call sign can also be activated at the ARI members' stations in Trento, subject to the presence of the internet network for connection with the online system https://hamaward.cloud.
· 1 QSO with the Section call IQ3TN: 3 points
· 1 QSO with the special call II3TNXC: 3 points
· 1 QSO with the ARI Trento Activators on SSB: 1 point
· 1 QSO with the ARI Trento Activators on CW: 2 points
(list online at https://hamaward.cloud).
Score for Activators only, including special calls: 1 point for each QSO regardless of mode.
Hunters: anyone who obtains a total of at least 20 points will be able to download their certificate in pdf format from hamaward.cloud
Activator Diploma: anyone accredited, regardless of score, will be able to download their certificate in pdf format from hamaward.cloud
Ranking and Hunters rewards: The ranking is unique and drawn up based on the score derived from the total QSOs made by the operator, regardless of the mode.
The following prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers:
1st place: VSWR/P Nissei DG503 DG measuring instrument.
2nd place: Yaesu M-70 desktop microphone
3rd place: Switching power supply for radio station 13.8V 30°

Rankings and awards Accredited Activators: The ranking is unique and drawn up based on the score derived from the total QSOs carried out by the operator, regardless of the mode.
The top three finishers will receive a personalized commemorative plaque. Furthermore, all participants will receive a free gadget.
Awards Ceremony: the award ceremony is scheduled to coincide with the celebration of the event of the 90th anniversary of the foundation of the Trento Section which will be held on Sunday 1 September 2024 at 10:00 in the Aerat Training and Holiday Center in Candriai in the splendid scenery of Monte Bondone a few kilometres from Trento. It will be essential to be able to track down the winners via email via QRZ for the invitation or shipping of the prize in case of impossibility, for any reason, to attend the awards ceremony. In the event that it is not possible to trace and deliver the prize to one of the winners, the ranking will move towards the subsequent names.

Log: Participants are not required to submit any logs. All QSOs will be uploaded to the hamaward.cloud website. The score achieved by each participant will be automatically published online in real-time on the Hamaward.cloud platform. As far as Hunters are concerned, it is not necessary to have an active profile, although it is highly recommended.
eQSL: During and after the event it will be possible to download the eQSL of each QSO made through the Hamaward.cloud platform.

Judgment: The ARI Trento Section, through its representatives, is responsible for the relevant checks, the assignment and validation of scores and the attribution of the ranking. All participants are required to comply with all official regulations regarding amateur radio traffic and the rules of "bon ton" which must always distinguish each individual radio amateur. Violation of this regulation and any unsportsmanlike behavior may result in the application of penalties or the adoption of disciplinary measures, including disqualification.
